2. 产品概述：
钙黄绿素红,am是美国aat bioquest生产的用于检测活细胞的荧光探针，calcein am是用于标记和检测活细胞细胞功能的流行的荧光探针之一。然而，calcein am的单色使得在多色应用中不可能使用这种有价值的试剂。例如，由于与gfp相同的颜色，不可能将calcein am与gfp-转化细胞组合使用。为了解决calcein am的这种颜色限制，我们开发了calcein orange ，calcein red 和calcein deep red 。这些新的calcein am类似物与calcein am结合使用，可以对活细胞进行多色标记和功能分析。非荧光calcein red am可以轻松进入活细胞并水解产生强荧光calcein red 染料。可以使用常见的tritc / cy3滤波片组检测calcein red 染料。百萤生物是aat bioquest的中国代理商，为您提供优质的钙黄绿素红,am。
